Please, include in your email how many copies of your document you would like printed, and whether you would like your document printed in black and white, or colour.

Document Printing Prices

A4 document printing and copying prices are below for your consideration, which are per-A4 side, printed black on 80gsm white paper. For colour printing and for other paper sizes other than A4 please, contact us so that we can calculate the most cost effective method of printing for you.

A4 document printing, on 80gsm white paper, one colour (black), per side:

• 1 to 24 A4 sides: 18p per side
• 25 to 49 A4 sides: 16p per side
• 50 to 99 A4 sides: 14p per side
• 100-499 A4 sides: 12p per side
• 500-999 A4 sides: 10p per side

Document Printing Turnaround Time

In the majority of cases we can print your document while you wait - we recommend you call us first to let us know you are coming :) Alternatively, you are welcome to email us your document so that we can print it for you and let you know when it is ready to collect.

Document Printing Files Formats

We recommend that you send us a PDF of your document to print from. We are unable to guarantee that other file formats, for example Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, will print as expected due to fonts that we may not have on our systems.
